i've found myself thinking and writing about communication lately; both verbal and written. Communication is the main avenue to connecting with another human being which is innate in us as humans...and what we desire and fear the most.
To speak and be spoken to...to hear and be heard. The latter is so much harder to do...

I am in love with your portrait - it speaks to me. Sometimes when we finally shut-up we realise those precious moments are drifting by and we've missed them. Closing your mouth, opens your soul to the world.

Kelly - once again you astound me. Images and words together are so powerful... your thoughts on listening and hearing reminded me of some philosophy I read at Uni...
